Peggy Burgess Powell passed away February 12, 2024. Peggy loved the Lord and her family.
She is survived by her husband, Tracy Powell; daughter, Erica Powell; son, Joseph Powell; brother, Ronnie Burgess (Sheri); two sisters; Tammy Mix (Michael) and Stephanie Burgess. Peggy has many nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews which were all her babies and she loved them deeply.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Barbara Burgess; her sister Donna Burgess and great nephew Sawyer Miller.
The Funeral Service will be Friday February 16, 2024 at 12 Noon at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Darryl Chambers officiating. The visitation will be Thursday February 15, 2024 from 5:00pm till 8:00pm at the funeral home. The burial will be at Kennamer Cemetery.
