Peggy Ann Collins, age 77 of Cullman, passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at her residence. Mrs. Collins was born July 16, 1943 to Earl George Thompson and Tennie Alice Smith.
She is survived by her sons, Doug Collins (Sherry), Wayne Collins, Donnie Collins, Stanley Collins (Tonya) and Quintin Collins; daughters, Melanie “Susie” Murray (Steve), Beverly Collins and Tasha Baily (Colin); brother, Jerry “Ruffhouse” Thompson (Sherry); sister, Mary Owens; 31 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her husband, David Collins; daughter, Gina Osborn; 5 sisters.
She loved her cat Trouble, and he was always by her side.
Funeral services for Mrs. Collins will be held on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Barry Mitchell officiating. Visitation will be on Tuesday, from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Blanche Cemetery in Tennessee.
Pallbearers are Henry Pickell, T.J. Pope, Tim Osborn, Michael Turner, Tanner Johnson and Clayton Thompson.
