Paulette Treece Griswell was born April 27, 1942 in McNairy County, TN the daughter of the late Chester Everett and Esther Lee Fletcher Treece.
She was united in marriage to Willard Griswell who preceded her in death on May 30, 2007.
Mrs. Griswell was a Shirt Factory Worker. She had worked for Leapwood Shirt Factory, Garan Manufacting and Brown Shoe Company through her years in the workforce. She was a member of the Good Hope Baptist Church in Adamsville, Tennessee. Mrs. Griswell loved reading and spending time with her grandbabies. She also enjoyed cooking for her family.
Mrs. Griswell departed this life on November 16, 2016 in Adamsville, Tennessee at the age of 74 Years, 6 Months, 20 Days. She is survived by a daughter, Jada Carter of Morris Chapel, TN; three sons, Kenin Griswell and wife Meta of Guys, TN, Jeff Griswell of Bethel Springs, TN, Kyle Griswell and wife Mandy of Bethel Springs, TN; six grandchildren, Darren Griswell, Drew Griswell, Kena Griswell, Keylie Hudson, Oakley Griswell, and Taytum Griswell; a grt-grandchild, Gavin Griswell; a sister, Laverne Liddy and husband Carl of Adamsville, TN; and a twin brother, Paul Treece and wife Uta of Columbia, TN.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Griswell was preceded in death by a sister, Frances Holley; and two brothers, Charles Treece and Jimmy Treece.
Services will be held on November 18, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Good Hope Baptist Church in Adamsville, Tennessee, with Randy Latch officiating. Burial will follow in the Mars Hill Cemetery at Adamsville, Tennessee.
