Paula Martina Hart Dahlke, age 63, from Albertville, Alabama went to heaven to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. Paula passed peacefully in her sleep. Paula was a devout Christian woman who would tell everyone about her Jesus. Her kindness and compassion showed no limits for her family nor strangers.
She was a 1979 graduate from Morrilton High School in Morrilton, Arkansas. She earned her bachelor’s degree in management and marketing at Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, Arkansas.
She volunteered with multiple organizations and was always willing to serve in her church in whatever capacity she was needed.
Paula enjoyed any and everything that involved her family. She was blessed with the opportunity to babysit two of her grandchildren daily for the past 6 years. She dedicated her life to serving others and showing up for those she loved.
If you knew Paula, you loved her. She loved her family, church, friends, and thrifting. But more than anything, she loved Jesus. She had a heart of gold and made everyone feel like the most important person in the room. She was a true prayer warrior and was a counselor for many. She loved spending time with her family and spoiling her grand babies. She was intentional with her interactions and she carried a smile on her face that radiated pure joy and love.
Paula is survived by her loving husband, David and her three boys PD (Valerie), Dane (Lori), Beau (Hilary). Her grandchildren Gracie, Luke, Nolie, Jones, Levi, and Weston. Her great-granddaughter Ada Brooke and one more great-granddaughter on the way. Her sisters Janel (Myron) Tilley and Patti (Brian) Beijen. A sister-in-law Joanie Hart. Her father-in-law DA Dahlke, her brother-in-law Doin (Karen) Dahlke. Her nieces BreAnne (Devin) Rogers, Kelsey (Ethan) Six, Stephanie Hart Malone, Breanna (Adam) Chapman, Hart (Cameron) Goad, Sophia Tilley, Jordan (Shannon) Carter and her nephews Houston (Kayla) Hart and Joseph (Taylor) Tilley. Along with multiple aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She is proceeded in death by her parents Othel (Tuffy) Hart and Patricia (Pat) Hart, her mother-in-law Anna Jean Dahlke, her brother Steve Hart, and her niece Dr. Chloe Vaught.
Services will be held at Albertville First Baptist Church on Saturday, November 9, 2024. Visitation will be from 11-2 with services beginning at 2:00. Following the services, burial will be held at Memory Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Albertville First Baptist Church building fund.
Paula’s one hope for her family and friends is that they know Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior. Paula, a beacon of kindness and love, will forever reside in our hearts. Her legacy will continue to inspire and guide us. As we grapple with the loss of her physical presence, we find solace in knowing that we will see her again.
