Paul Yarbro Martin of Clifton, TN was born February 11, 1930 in Decatur Co., TN, the son of the late Leland and Delilah Yarbro Martin. He was united in marriage to Betty Jo Lineberry on March 17, 1951.
Mr. Martin was a retired school bus driver and farmer and member of the Riverside Methodist Church in Clifton, Tennessee.
Mr. Martin departed this life on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at the Sarah Cannon Cancer Center in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 85 Years, 1 Month, 15 Days.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Jo Martin and son Tommy Martin and wife, Jane all of Clifton, TN; granddaughters, Lilly Wellington and husband, Hayes, Holly McDonald and husband, Ryan, Jasmine Martin and Cheyenne Martin and fiance’, Andy Brown; great-grandchildren, Kylie and Meadow Wellington and Heide McDonald and Clifton Reece McDonald; a sister, Helen Carlson of Miami, FL; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Monday, March 30, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Riverside Methodist Church, 2120 Linden Highway, Clifton, Tennessee, with Josh Layne officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing.
Visitation will be Sunday, March 29, 2015 from 5:30 pm to 9 pm and Monday, March 30, 2015 from 10 am until service time at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Riverside Methodist Church.
