Funeral services for Mr. Paul Richie Cannon, age 78, will be held at 1 PM Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at the Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Oakland Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11 AM until service time on Wednesday.
Mr. Cannon passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
Mr. Cannon retired from the TN Nation Guard and was an avid Peabody High School Football supporter and fan.
Mr. Cannon is survived by his wife, Dotty Cannon; two sons, Greg Cannon (Beth) and Kyle Cannon (Amy); a stepdaughter, Dawn Temple (Lee); and eight grandchildren, Addison Cannon, Aiden Cannon, Finley Cannon, Caroline Miller, Davis Miller, Ethan Temple (Sarah Beth), Creed Temple (Madison), and Brody Temple.
