Paul “Gene” Randolph, Sr., 70, of Town Creek passed away Thursday, July 20, 2017 at his home. Visitation will be from 9 till 11 a.m. on Monday, July 24, 2017 at New Liberty Grove Methodist Church. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. at the church with Larry Crumpton officiating. Burial will be in Blackground Cemetery.
A member of New Liberty Church and a veteran of the U.S. Army, Gene was known as the Cast Iron Man.
Survivors include his wife, Christine Gibson Randolph; son, Jeff Randolph (Amanda) of Chattanooga, TN; daughters, Sheila Randolph of Cullman, Tina Carswell of Trinity, Paula Davis of Jasper, and Julie Speegle (James) of Muscle Shoals; brothers, Tony Sain of Falkville, Michael Sain of Tanner, and Jim Randolph of Muscle Shoals; sisters, Sherry Sain and Vickie Tuck of Tanner; stepmother, Betty Randolph of Town Creek; 13 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Paul and Geneva Ruth Miller Randolph, son, Paul Randolph, Jr.; brothers, Jimmy Sain and Charles Randolph; and sister, Debbie Sain.
Pallbearers will be Richie Cross, Jeremy Cagle, Tristan Speegle, Tommy Lovelady, John Rose, and James Speegle.
