Funeral service for Paul Gene Hill, 78, will be Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Tim Kinney and Pastor Aaron Dawson officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Eva Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 22, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Hill died on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born June 7, 1946, in Morgan County to Gilbert Hill and Irene Alford.
He was employed by the Morgan County Sheriff’s Department for 25 years, as a Deputy, prior to his retirement. He was a member of Life Point Church in Eva. He was a Veteran and served in the United States Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters; Margie Anderson and Eulene Hutchins, and two brothers; Carl Hill and David Hill.
