Paul “Gene” Eugene Johnson of Arab, Alabama; passed away in the early hours of Wednesday – February 16, 2022 at the age of 92 years.
Mr. Johnson was born of October 22, 1929 to Paul R. Johnson and Velma Nolen Johnson in Cullman County, Alabama. He worked as a computer technician for Harns publishing. He was a past master of Arab Masonic Lodge 663, he was also a member of the Cahaba shrine temple in Huntsville, Alabama, he belonged to the Royal Order Jesters he enjoyed gardening and was a big Alabama Crimson Tide fan.
Mr. Johnson leaves behind to celebrate and reminisce his life; sons, Warren Paul Johnson (Sharon) and Randy Johnson.
Mr. Johnson is at last reunited with his beloved wife, Mildred Johnson; parents, Paul R. Johnson and Velma Nolen Johnson and brother, Leon Johnson.
A visitation will be held at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel on Saturday – February 19, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Funeral service will take place at the Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel on Saturday – February 19, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. with Josh Hogland, officiating.
Interment is to follow services immediately at Corinth Cemetery in Joppa, Alabama.
