Paul Gautney, age 74, of Florence, passed away Monday, April 22, 2013. Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Elkins East Chapel. Funeral services will be held Thursday, 11 a.m., at Elkins East Chapel with Ashley Pettus officiating. Burial will be at Center Star Cemetery.
Paul was predeceased by his wife, Virginia Ann Gautney; and two brothers; one half brother; as well as his parents, Allison and Viola Gautney.
He is survived by three sons, Tim Gautney and wife, Tammy, Russell Gautney and wife, Ladale, and Randell Gautney and wife, Sherri; 12 grandchildren; and one great- grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Billy Snoddy, Ronnie Gautney, David Pierce, Howard Hatton, Mark Holden and Royce Isom.
