Paul Eugene Cates, 85, of Chattanooga, TN, passed away on Sunday. Mr. Cates is survived by his wife of 60 years, Jean Cates; three daughters: Kim Hamby (Jim), Tarena D’Andrade, and Ginger Bartley (Scott); son, Miller Cates (Julie); four grandchildren: Wesley Hamby, Ben Bartley, Catherine Ann Bartley, and Ashlyn Cates; one great-grandchild, Chase Hamby; and brother, Curtis Cates.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home followed by a 6:00 chapel service with Ben Holland officiating. A private burial will be held at Oakwood Cemetery.
