Paul Douglass Wood Jr., 70, of Florence, passed away, Sunday, December 17, 2023. Visitation will be Thursday, December 21, 2023 from Noon until 2:00 P.M. at Morrison Funeral Home, Central Heights. The funeral service will follow with Larry Burbank officiating. Interment will be at Milford Cemetery.
Paul never met a stranger and loved with his whole heart. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Sr. and Veta Wood; grandchild, Blake Russell
Paul is survived by his wife, Martha Wood; children, Roxanna Wood, Selena Daniel, and Tonya Russell; grandchildren, P.J. Vaughn, Jacob Smith, Dakota Russell; brothers, K.D. Wood and Sam Wood; sisters, Paula Skipworth and Nancy Wood.
Pallbearers will be P.J. Vaughn, Jacob Smith, Preston Fisher, Rick Crider, Mike Prestige, Larry Clemons, Jackie Woods, and Donald Crider.
