Patty Roggli Slayton, age 73 of Dandridge, Tennessee passed away on May 22, 2024, at her residence. She was born in Cowan on April 11, 1951, to the late John Howard Roggli and Nelverna (Gipson) Roggli. Patty attended Tennessee Tech for two years and later worked as a real estate agent for thirty years, where she helped many families find homes. She had many hobbies that included gardening, watching HGTV, being on the water in a boat and sea-doo, and playing the piano. Patty is preceded in death by her parents, John and Nelverna Roggli. She is survived by her husband, Dennis Slayton; children, Samuel (Stephanie) Slayton; Shelby Slayton; grandchildren, Sterling Slayton, Silas Slayton, Lukas Hendricks; brother, Mike (Sandra) Roggli; nieces and nephews, Michael (Julie) Roggli, Leigh Ann (Todd) Cyphers, and Tim (Anna) Roggli. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 1pm at Franklin Memorial Gardens with Brother Joseph Horton officiating Samuel Slayton, Tim Roggli, Michael Roggli, Stuart Roggli, Garrett Cyphers and Corbin Cyphers all serving as pallbearers.
