Mr. Patty Dwain Feemster of Arab, Alabama passed away on September 25, 2024 with loved ones by his side. He was 86 years old, born on June 2, 1938.
Mr. Feemster graduated from the University of Alabama in 1961. He was an aerospace engineer at NASA’s George C. Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville before retiring in 1993. He loved and collected vintage movies, was an avid hiker, long-time volunteer with the National Park Service, and a huge Alabama Crimson Tide football fan.
He is survived by his son, Christopher Feemster; sister Linda Carol Dempster, daughter in law, Jannan; grandchildren, Conner, Caley and Alex; great grandchild, Fitzpatrick; and his best friend, Dasher.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Dolsie Feemster and his son Jeffrey Feemster.
