Funeral Services for Mrs. Patsy “Pat” Smith, age 79, of Ashland will be Saturday, June 12, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at Benefield Funeral Home in Ashland with Rev. John Luckie officiating. Burial followed at Pleasant Hill Methodist Protestant Bible Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Pat was Tallapoosa County and lived in the Clay County area most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Hill Methodist Protestant Bible Church.
She is survived by three daughters, Melinda Jacobs, Elizabeth Hart and Anita Leigh Wilson; one son, Jeremy Smith, all of Ashland; sister Peggy Kelly(Mike) and brother Lynn Brown; four grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and lots of extended family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Aubrey Jackson Brown and Jimmie T. Lamb Brown, her husband, Harlin Rayford Smith; daughter, Judy Lynn Smith.
The family will receive friends Friday, June 11, 2021 from 5:30-8:00 at Benefield Funeral Home in Ashland.
