Patsy E. Crownover, age 90, of Estill Springs, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2024, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, on October 21, 1933, to the late Luther O’Neal and Lena Geneva Crow Ellis. She retired from The Anderson Company after 23 years. A loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, she will be remembered for her kind and loving spirit. She was the greatest Alabama football fan, ROLL TIDE! In her spare time, she enjoyed painting, reading, sitting on the porch listening to nature, playing the piano, and most importantly spending time with her beloved family. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Albert Henry Crownover; daughter, Beverly Joan Crownover; 11 siblings; two grandchildren, Kevin Andrew Hisick and Michael Anthony Hisick. She is survived by her daughter, Judy Hockstedler (Kurt); grandchildren David Ray Shotts, Melissa Ann Smith, Jimmy Hisick (Candy), John Hisick (Geni), Jacob Hockstedler (Tami), and Robert Hockstedler; great grandchildren, Riley Ann Smith, Blake Cole Cummings, and Kailene Jae Hockstedler; and several other grandchildren, great grandchildren, and extended family. A private family service took place on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at Watson Funeral Home & Memorial Park.
