Patrick Ronald McCary, 46, died unexpectedly on Sunday, July 14, at his residence.
Patrick is survived by his parents, Lawrence Ronald and Elizabeth McCary of Heflin; his children, Gaven Childers and Harleigh McCary of Alexandria, and Ligon McCary of Oxford; his sisters, Kyetra (Shane) Belton of Daytona Beach, FL, and Kristi (Jayme) Davidson of Heflin; nieces and nephews, Travis McCary, Mallory Grubbs, Taft Belton, Wyatt Shelton; and a great niece Camila McCary.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Ronald and Charlotte McCary and Ligon and Geneva McCormick; and his Aunt, Debra McCary.
Patrick was a life long resident of Cleburne County and attended Cleburne County High School. He was a member of Chulafinnee Baptist Church.
Patrick enjoyed riding his motorcycle, fishing, and spending time in the woods.
There will be a memorial service on Saturday, July 20, at 11 a.m. at Chulafinnee Baptist Church with Bro. Philip Morris and Marty Barber officiating.
