Patrick Jason Belew, age 40, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, died, December 31, 2016. There will be a memorial service on Saturday, January 14th 2017 at Morrison Funeral Home, Central Heights.
Chris Olive will be officiating.
He was preceded in death by his father Julius Belew; mother, Eva Belew; brother, Randy Belew; nephews, Joseph Belew and Dewayne Gibson.
Survivors include his wife Amelia Belew; sons Tysin and Tyde; daughters Jillyan and Harmony; brothers Barry (Paulette), Donnie, Jeff (Tonya); sisters, Connie Gibson and Carol Hamm (Mickey), and a host of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
