Patrick Ciccarelli, of Hazel Green, passed away on August 15, 2024.
Patrick was born in 1948 in Norwich, CT to parents Benjamin and Louise Ciccarelli. He married Sylvia Coppo on May 29, 1967. In 1988 he graduated from the University of New Haven with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. He was known for being a wise guy and very silly at times, always making us laugh. However, he was also very thoughtful, generous, intellectual and loved his family very much. He was always there when you needed him. Although he could be content just relaxing at home, he also loved bird watching, taking care of his fish pond, woodworking and his animals. He was always curious about how things worked and could fix just about anything. Also, he was a talented musician and loved traveling to new places with his family. He was a lifelong resident of Connecticut until 2017 when he moved to Hazel Green to be closer to his children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his 3 children, Linda Palmer(and husband Mark), Leonard Ciccarelli(and wife Marysol), and Eric Ciccarelli ; 2 grandsons, Joshua and Noah. He is also survived by his five siblings, Chickie( husband Sal), Liv, Jake( wife Adele), Gene( wife Barbara), and Ron( wife Lori).
He was preceded in death by his wife Sylvia ; parents, Benjamin and Louise Ciccarelli ; and sister Nikkie.
