Patricia “Pat” Ann Taylor Williams, age 79, of Russellville, passed away on Monday, August 19, 2024, at Terrace Manor Nursing Home.
Pat was a member of the Church of Christ, having attended Eastside Church of Christ and Belgreen Church of Christ. She loved Alabama football, playing jokes and was quite the prankster, and loved scaring people. She worked for several years at the Franklin County Animal Control. She loved her husband, her children, and especially her grandchildren. Everyone who knew her, loved her and will miss her very much.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, William “Bill” Edward Williams; daughter, Latricia Thomas; parents, Durward & Janie Elizabeth (Johnson) Taylor; brothers, Johnny Taylor, Lonnie Taylor; and sister, Verna Beth Bradley.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her children, Kristie Malone (Brent), Mike Williams (Jana), Brett Williams (Stephanie), Jordan Williams; grandchildren, Kristin Tompkins (Johnathon), Keslie Hamm (Bradley Brown), Ryan Malone (Nichola), Catlean Williams Earwood (Daniel), Erica Williams, Annaliese Rogers, Ally Williams, Jayden Pearson, Preston Pearson, Luke Williams, Kila Williams, Crimson Williams, Addison Williams, Arya Williams, Nolan Williams; great-grandchildren, Tristan Hamm, Kobe Hamm, Khloe Hamm, Kallie Tompkins, Emma Tompkins, Taylor George, Emmie McCullar, Jeffrey Brown, Andrew Brown; sister, Betty Freemon; and a host of nieces & nephews.
The visitation will be 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 22, 2024, at Spry Memorial Chapel with Bro. Tadd Corder officiating the service. The burial will be at Dempsey Cemetery.
The pallbearers will be Ryan Malone, Johnathon Tompkins, Bradley Brown, Randy Freemon, Josh Hester, and Wayne Williams. The honorary pallbearers will be Tristan Hamm, Kobe Hamm, Luke Williams, Jayden Pearson, and Preston Pearson.
