A celebration of life for Patricia Nelle Moyers, 84, of Fayetteville, TN, will take place on Sunday, September 29, 2024, at 3 PM at Higgins Funeral Home, with Bro. Randy Nichols officiating. Family and friends are invited to visit from 2 PM to 3 PM on Sunday at the funeral home. A private interment will follow at a later date.
Pat was born on January 23, 1940, in Lincoln County, TN, to the late Sidney Crawford and Winnie Grace Jean Crawford. She served as a secretary for the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM). Pat loved cooking and cherished her role as Memaw to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member of Maranatha Baptist Church. Pat passed away on September 21, 2024, at Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville, AL.
Survivors include her daughter, Debra Gulley; grandchildren, Ashley (Dustin) Williams, Ryan Gulley, and Phillip Felty; great-granddaughters, Aubree, Callie, and Lainee Williams; brothers, Raymond Crawford, and David (Barbara) Crawford; and a sister, Carolyn McInnis. In addition to her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Franklin Moyers; daughter, Dana Felty; brothers, Johnson Crawford, and William Crawford; and sisters, Louise Pitts, Virginia McClanahan, Mildred Dunn, and Lillian Posey.
