Patricia “Momma Pat” Mays, age 63, passed away Tuesday, December 8, 2015 in Jackson. Momma Pat was born September 8, 1952 in Memphis to the late Jack Dempsy Fitzgerald and Mary Sims Fitzgerald. She was a caregiver for Easter Seals. Survivors include her five children, Lea Michelle Hand (Jerry), Heather Lynn Todd (Richard Thomas), Laura Renee Pullam (Donnie), Felicia Moss, and Angelia Hicks; her brother, Mark Andrew Fitzgerald; her sister, Sandra K. Tutor; ten grandchildren, Lillian Nicole Carnett, Benjamin Jessie Ray Ellis, Helania Abbigale Hand, Daniel Wayne Kelly, Dillon Bruce, Logan Pullam, D. J. Pullam, Jr., Joseph Lee Pullam, Jenna Renee Moss, and Cody Dewayne Moss, and several other “children” who loved their “Momma Pat”. The family will receive friends on Friday from 2-9 PM at Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington.
