It is with great sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia “Granny” Davis Davidson on October 19, 2014.
Pat was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Hal Davidson; her parents George Davis and Ella McGowan Davis; brother George Davis, Jr. and sister Martha Herten.
She is survived by her six children, Mary Pat “Skip” Davidson, Hal Davidson Jr, George “Tiny” Davidson, John “Bo” Davidson, Dorothy “Mickey” Davidson, Margaret “Peggy” Davidson; Three daughter in laws, Elizabeth “Rouge” Davidson, Pam Davidson, Shelia Davidson; nine grandchildren; and 20 great grandchildren.
Pat was born May 29, 1924 in Birmingham, Al and was a resident of Huntsville for 40 years. Pat was proud to have served as a nurse at Huntsville Hospital for over 25 year. She was also a grateful member of Huntsville’s recovering community.
Granny is a part of all that we are and will never leave our hearts.
