We are sad to announce the passing of our mother, Patricia Ann Sanders, of Hazel Green, Alabama on December 12, 2023. She was surrounded by her loved ones as she left this world to go to her eternal home.
She was born in Huntsville, Alabama on August 29, 1951 to James and Martha (Martin) Hill.
Mom enjoyed spending time with her family and her constant companion, Casey, her little Yorkie. She loved going to auctions and thrifting where she was always on a search for a good deal and a new piece to add to her crystal collection. She had a green thumb and loved filling her home and yard with flowers.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Martha Hill, and her sweet Yorkie, Casey.
Surviving family members include her daughters, Tammy (John) Temple and Tracy Taylor; her sisters Kathi (Lon) Dill, Shirley Cothren (Joe Burris), Cindy (Ted) Spidel, and Vickie (Nancy) Hill. She left behind two grandsons, Lucas and Matthew Temple. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank all of those who prayed over her and for the doctors and nurses who took such wonderful care of her.
