Patricia Ann Jacks, age 70, of Parrish, passed away on Sunday, January 5, 2020 at Walker Baptist Medical Center.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery (Hay Valley). Shannon Odom will officiate.
Mrs. Jacks was preceded in death by her Father-William Hancock; Mother-Murleen Hancock; Sisters-Deborah Robinson and Faye Henderson; Brother-Randall Hancock.
She is survived by her Husband-Donny Eugene Jacks; Daughters-Crystal Ray, Anglena Weaver (David) and Donna Morrow (John); Son-Zackary Jacks (Brittany); Brother-Steve Hancock (Joyce); Grandchildren-Randy Jacks (Mary), Savanna Witherington (Donnie), John David Weaver and Justice Butcher; Great Grandchildren-Emily Jacks, McKenzie Jacks, Micah Jacks and Amalie Witherington.
