Patricia Ann Hopkins Nickelson, 72, of Toney passed away Monday at her residence. Patricia was a native and lifelong resident of Madison County. She was a member of State Line Friendship Free Will Baptist Church. Patricia was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved taking care of her family. She was preceded in death by one son: James Edward Nickelson, one sister and four brothers. Survivors include her husband of 53 years: James H. Nickelson; one daughter: Darlene Nickelson; one sister: Rachel Carden; one brother: Jerry Hopkins and two grandchildren: Katy Sharp and Annie Jo Harris. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home followed by a Chapel service at 12:00 p.m. with Bro. Charles Marable officiating. Burial will follow in Golightly Cemetery in Toney, AL, Berryhill Funeral Home directing.
