Mrs. Patricia Ann Douglas, age 80, of Smyrna, TN passed away peacefully Thursday, October 31, 2024 at her home with her family by her side after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s Disease.
Visitation with the family will be Friday, November 8, 2024 from 2:00pm until 4:00pm at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Funeral services will be held Friday, November 8, 2024 at 4:00pm at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Burial will take place Saturday, November 9, 2024 at 2:00pm in Sandy Point Church Cemetery, Camden, TN.
