Patricia Ann Cole, 82, passed away Friday, November 3, 2023 at her residence. She was born in Russellville, AL to Ernest Clayton and Zellar Jane Emerson Evans. She was a homemaker and member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, November 7, 12 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, AL with Bro. Ritchie Emerson and Tommy Emerson officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of the arrangements.
She is survived by three children, James Cole (Lisa), Cecil Cole (Cher) and Pamela Cole; grandchildren, Walter Cole (Alex), Stephanie Cole, Cierra Cole, Brandee Hitchcock (Glen), Victoria Perez (David Norris), Jessica Perez (Chris Jones) and Richard McLaughlin (Erin); great-grandchildren, Cooper Latta, Aubrey White, Michael Jones, Symone Jones, Christine Jones and Jordyn Jones; brothers-in-law, Charlie Bishop and Charles Cole (Lulie Belle); sisters-in-law, Lillie Evans, Angie Evans and Esta Cottrell; long time family friends, Alan and Debra Wood and cousin, Jerry Marbutt.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Cole; her parents and siblings, Mary Lou Scott, Delora Bishop, Cecil Evans and Charles Evans.
Pallbearers will be Will West, Jack West, Keith Bishop, Richard McLaughlin, Walter Cole, Jeremy Marbutt and Eugene Marbutt.
Visitation will be Monday, November 6, 6-9 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL.
