Pamela Miller Glenn, age 77, was born April 07, 1947 and passed from this life to be with our Lord on Friday, October 25, 2024 at St. Thomas Riverpark Hospital in McMinnville, TN after an extended illness. Pam was a member of the church of Christ and attended the Salem church of Christ. She worked as a registered nurse for 47 years, graduating from the Nashville General Hospital Nursing Program in 1968. Pam always said nursing was her calling.

 

Pam touched so many peoples’ lives. She loved being active in the Warren County Senior Citizens community. She loved sewing, cooking, collecting paper dolls, and most of all she loved meeting people and making new friends. She made so many friends throughout her life. Pam had a knack for making everyone she came in contact with feel special. She was always wiling to help anyone in need, whether it was physical, emotional, or spiritual. She will be missed in our community.

 

Pam was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years Robert Don Glenn, parents James Andrew and Grace Gibbs Miller of Nashville, TN. She was also preceded in death by brother Philip Michael Miller, sister Ida Lynn M. Collins, sisters-in-law Ada Glenn Mayfield, Jimmie G. Rymer, Debby Glenn, brother-in-law Bob Mayfield, nephew Jeff Mayfield, niece Jalesia Mayfield Hansen, great niece Lela Anne and brother-in-law Bill Rymer.

 

She is survived by her daughter Becca Glenn Loper, grandson Gabriel Loper, nephews and nieces David (Janice) Mayfield, Leland (Ann) Rymer, Amy (Charles) Layne, Tim Hansen, Nick (Audra) Miller, 15 great nephews and nieces, 9 great-great nieces and nephews, several cousins, and many, many friends.

 

Per her wished, Pam was cremated. A celebration of life memorial service will be announced at a later time and her obituary will be updated accordingly.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Warren County Senior Center, Meals on Wheels, or to a charity of your choosing.
