Pamela Dianne Wallace, age 66, of Athens passed away Sunday Nov 30 2014. Mrs. Wallace was born March 16 1948 in Lexington KY to Paul E. Poland and Louise Marcus Poland.
Preceded in death by her parents, Paul & Louise Poland, and brother John E. Poland.
Survived by her husband, Glenn Wallace; one daughter, Erin Summerville and husband Jason, one granddaughter Olivia Summerville; one brother Paul M. Poland and wife Janet.
Mrs. Wallace was a retired teacher in the Limestone County school system. She was a board member of the State Democratic Executive Committee, long-time Chair of the Limestone Democratic Party, past President of the Alabama Federation of Democratic Women, and was delegated to two Presidential National Conventions.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sat Dec 13 at 4:00 pm at Limestone Chapel.
