Pamela Denise Hendon was born on May 25, 1965, to the late Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy (Cora Mae Carter) Hendon. She won the fight of this earthly life on January 13, 2024, to be with her Heavenly Father. She was a member of Macedonia P.B. Church. Pam was a lifelong resident of the beautiful Asia Community. She was a 1986 graduate of Franklin County High School. Pam loved spending time with her daughters and grandchildren. She loved shopping, reading, and having a great time with her daughters and grandchildren. To know her, was to love her! An overall stand-up woman, Pam was a sweet, beautiful soul that absolutely adored her parents and gets to be with them once again. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William P. (Cora Lee Childress) Carter; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert (Eva Johnson) Hendon; devoted uncle, Charles Hendon; and father of her children, Jerry Lynn Elliott. Left to cherish her memories are daughters, Briana (Quintin) Harris, and Cordiesha Elliott; grandchildren, Aubriana Harris, and Exodus Elliott; uncles, Billy Hendon, and George Hendon; aunts, Neva Johnson, Alice Hendon, Mary Winton, and Freida Hendon; devoted partner, Willie Fuqua; special friends, Missie Miller, and Emma Tate; and devoted niece, Johnica (Mike) Ervin; and a host of other nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 12-1pm on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.
