Ozell D. Andrews, 85 of Melbourne, Florida and Decatur, Alabama, passed away peacefully on September 18, 2024. She was preceded in death by her loving Husband of 47 years, Thomas Lamar Andrews. She was a woman of faith and a member of Central Park Baptist Church and choir in Decatur, Alabama and First Baptist Church and choir in Merritt Island, Florida. She was known as Memaw and adored her title. She loved all her family and friends. She was born February 11,1939 and preceded in death by her parents Ardell and Gladys Duskin. She is survived by daughter, Sharon Eubanks (Richard) of Decatur, Alabama, daughter, Carol Andrews of Melbourne, Florida and son Larry Andrews of Eva, Alabama, a sister Bobbie Sides and brother James Duskin. She is also survived or preceded in death by 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren and many other family members.
There will be a visitation for family and friends on Tuesday, September 24th from 7-9 pm at Peck Funeral Home at 1600 Hwy 31 SW Hartselle, Alabama. She will be laid to rest at Etha Cemetery privately the following day.
