Daniel Family, we are so sorry to hear of your loss. With our deepest sympathy we are praying that you will be comforted by the words in the Holy Scripture found in 1Thess 4:13-18. May the Lord bless you and keep you during this difficult time of bereavement.

As a member of the State Parole Board appointed in 2010, I never had the pleasure to met Wayne or speak to him or become friends with him, but I feel I know him very professionally. His work with The Board succeeds his retirement. Hardly a week passes as I work through aging parole cases that I read his notes, opinions and suggestion to previous boards he worked for in the past. His work continues to have some influence in the process even today. It is so obviously that Wayne was a strong and trusted leader among those he worked with during his tenure and Wayne has achieved what some many professionals can only hope for in a legacy. Rest well my colleague!
