Oscar Horace Mann, age 89, Haleyville, AL. passed away Thursday August 17, 2023 at his home. He was retired Road Grader Operator with Marion County Commission District 3 and attended Mount Joy Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Tuesday August 22, 2023 from 11:00AM – 12:00NOON at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville, AL. Funeral service at 12:00NOON in the chapel, with Bro. Coy Morgan officiating. Burial to follow in Mountain Home Cemetery in Bear Creek, AL.
He is survived by his wife, Esther Mann; children, Shannon Mann, Terry Mann, Ray Mann, Sandra Mann Webster, Debbie Chambers and Faye Hyde; 8 grandchildren; a host of family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Georgie Pickard Mann; son, Randall Mann.
