Orville “Bud” R. Rinks, Jr., age 77 of Pulaski, passed away December 29, 2013 at Fayetteville Health Care and Rehab.
Funeral services will be announced at a later date.
Williams Funeral Home in Columbia is assisting the family with arrangements.
