Mrs. Opal O. Mathews, age 100 of Athens, AL passed away on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at Athens Rehab. Mrs. Mathews was born on January 7, 1921 in Tennessee to Carl Jones and Pearl Randell Jones.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Mrs. Mathews is survived by her son, Ronald Alvis.
