Oneice Hutcheson, 92, passed away Friday, October 13, 2023 at her residence. She was born in Tishomingo County, MS and was a babysitter for many years. She attended Cornerstone Church of God.
Services will be Sunday, October 15, 2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, AL with Bro. Rick Bradley officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Red Bay, AL. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by a brother, Flavis Puckett (Glenda); two daughters, Charlotte Rackard (William) and Dianne Morris (Mike); three sons, Wayde Hutcheson, Richard Hutcheson (Darcie) and Douglas Hutcheson; grandchildren, Stephanie Humphres, Angie Warren, Crystal Roberts, Anthony Morris, Matthew Morris, Jonathon Morris, Amy Strickland, Corey Hutcheson, Faith Cody, Drake Hutcheson and Haley Strickland; nineteen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hermon Hutcheson; her parents, George and Lottie Hamm Puckett; three brothers, Edsel Puckett, Windal Puckett and Elbert Puckett and one sister, Gladys Bennett.
Pallbearers will be Paul Humphres, John Warren, Kris Roberts, Nathan Strickland, Sam Strickland and Jacob Cody. Honorary pallbearers will be Anthony Morris, Matthew Morris, Jonathon Morris, Corey Hutcheson and Drake Hutcheson.
Visitation will be Sunday, October 15, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL.
