One Suspect Arrested On Drug Charges And Child Endangerment

FLORENCE-The Florence Police Department made an arrest on charges of Chemical Endangerment to a Child and Marijuana Possession 2nd today.  Here is how the Florence Police describe the events leading up to the arrest of one man:

“Officer responded to Georgetown Apartments on a third party call of a domestic incident. It took several minutes for the residents to open the door. When officers made contact they could smell burning marijuana. It was determined that Thompson was smoking marijuana in the apartment and a 15 month old was present in the apartment. Officers found marijuana on Thompson’s as well. Arrested for Chemical Endangerment to a child and Marijuana 2nd. ***All Subjects are Innocent Until Proven Guilty”
