ARAB – The Alabama Department of Law Enforcement reports an accident around 8 PM on Sunday, August 14 that took the life of an arab man.
Larry Dean Spain, 26 was killed two miles eat of Arab in a two-vehicle accident. Dean was driving a 1998 Honda Accord when it was hit by a Chevrolet. Spain was pronounced dead at the scene. He was not wearing a seatbelt.
The driver of the other vehicle was injured and transported to a hospital.
State Troopers continue to investigate the accident.
