TUSCUMBIA-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a fatality accident near Tuscmbia on Saturday, February 25:
“A single-vehicle crash at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, February 25, has claimed the life of a Muscle Shoals woman.
Lucy I. Garard, 60, was killed when the 2001 Ford Explorer she was driving left the roadway and overturned. Garard, who was not using a seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash occurred on J McGee Road, ten miles west of Tuscumbia.
Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.”
