Ollie Faye Bonds, 70, passed away Friday, February 11, 2022 at her residence. She was born in Iuka, MS and worked as a seamstress. She loved to line dance, sew and take care of her yard and flowers. She and her twin sister loved to quilt.

Graveside services will be Saturday, February 12, 10 a.m. at New Beginnings Cemetery, Iuka, MS with Bro. Jackie Pittman officiating. Burial will be in New Beginnings Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS will be in charge of arrangements.

She is survived by two daughters – Carrie Wilson (Nim) and Cynthia Casteel (Mike); a granddaughter – Sharlie Cain; a grandson – Colin Wilson; a sister – Dolly Maye Barrett; a brother – Charles Parsons and a host of nephews and nieces.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Marty Bonds; her mother, Edna Lou Parsons, her father, Alfred Parsons, two sisters, Ruby Hearn and Mary Williams and two brothers, Hugh Alfred Parsons and Tommy Parsons.

Pallbearers will be Nim Wilson, Colin Wilson, Michael Barrett, James Barrett, Rodney Butler and Desi Veluz. Honorary pallbearers will be Harris Walters and Charles Parsons.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
