Mr. Olen Lawrence Starks Jr. of Elkmont passed away at his home on October 5, 2022.
Mr. Starks was born November 21, 1955 in Indiana to Olen Starks Sr. and Pearline Appleton Starks. He is preceeded in death by both parents.
Mr. Starks is survived by his wife Antionette Jennings of Elkmont AL, his daughter Nakia Starks Phelps, his son Andrew Starks, brothers William Edward Appleton of Pulaski TN, Joe T Starks of Huntsville AL, Darrelle E Starks (Casandra) of Murfreesboro TN, sisters Shirley Smith (James) of Elkmont AL, Onitta Martindale of Pulaski TN, and Paula Johnson of Nashville TN, as well as several nieces and nephews.
