Mr. Obie R. (Rudy) Parker, 72 of Waterloo passed away Sunday, December 15, 2013 at E.C.M. Hospital. He was a native of Atlanta, Ga and a United States Coast Guard veteran.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at 3 p.m. at the residence, 1020 County Road 10 Waterloo, AL.
Mr. Parker is preceded in death by his parents, Obie and Mary Parker.
He is survived by his wife, Elayne Lard Parker, two daughters, Terri Bailey(Dave) and Tammy Rogers, son, Alan Parker, step-daughter, Amanda Butler(Greg), two step-sons, Todd Young(Sherry) and Chris Young(Christa) , 14 grandchildren and 6 great- grandchildren.
