MUSCLE SHOALS & PHIL CAMPBELL– Northwest-Shoals Community College (NW-SCC) will host a Patriot Day on the Shoals Campus Wednesday, October 20, and Tuesday, October 26, on the Phil Campbell campus beginning at 10:00 a.m. and ending at 6:00 p.m.
Each Patriot Day will offer new, current, and potential NW-SCC students an opportunity to tour the campus, admission application assistance, financial aid assistance, ask questions, and have an opportunity to register for the spring semester. Students who attend will receive giveaways, and the College will have vendors and food trucks available.
According to NW-SCC Assistant Dean of Student Services, Dr. Crystal Reed, the College is offering Patriot Days to make it convenient for students. “This is a wonderful opportunity to welcome prospective and returning students to campus for a fun event and help them get ready for the spring,” said Reed. “We want to help them with any part of the process that is difficult for them and show them what an amazing college experience they can have at Northwest-Shoals.”
All prospective and current students are encouraged to take advantage of Patriot Days by signing up for a time at https://www.nwscc.edu/patriot-days. The Shoals campus event will take place in building 127, and the Phil Campbell campus event will take place in building 301.
NW-SCC spring semester classes begin Thursday, January 13. For more information, please contact Carl Collins, Director of Enrollment Management at carl.collins@nwscc.edu or visit nwscc.edu.
