FLORENCE-The City of Florence has issued a notice for a called meeting on Wednesday July 27:
A special called meeting of the City Council of the City of Florence, Alabama, will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, in the city council chambers at City Hall in Florence, Alabama, for the purpose of considering a resolution approving settlements of certain suits filed against prescription drug manufacturers regarding the opioid epidemic. All members of the public are invited to attend.
