block of Dixie Creek Road within the city limits of Tupelo, MS. On March 27th, 2025, agents with the North Mississippi Narcotics Unit conducted a search warrant of the residence. During the course of the search warrant, a trafficking amount of methamphetamine was located inside the residence, along with Marijuana, several firearms, and U.S. currency.

James Timothy Galjour

Kelly Nicole Ballard (44 years of age) was arrested and charged with Trafficking of a Schedule II Controlled Substance—Methamphetamine. James Timothy Galjour (41 years of age) was arrested and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine.

On March 28th, 2025, Kelly Nicole Ballard and James Timothy Galjour were taken before Tupelo Municipal Court Judge Willie Allen. Kelly Ballard, who is already out on bond for a previous drug charge, was ordered by Judge Allen to be held without bond. James Galjour was given a $5,000 bond for his charge.
This case is still under investigation and additional arrests and charges may be pending.
