Graveside services for Miss Sue Armstrong are scheduled for 11:00 AM, Monday, October 21, 2013 at the Lexington Cemetery, with Bro. Horry Dungan officiating. Miss Armstrong past away Friday at the Briarwood Nursing Home in Lexington, with the staff and family by her side. Miss Armstrong was born in Henderson County July 15, 1930 to the late Frank and Pearl Armstrong. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church here in Lexington. Miss Armstrong was preceded in death by her parents Frank T. and Pearl E. Miller Armstrong, and one brother- Billy Roy Armstrong. Survivors include, her sister in law- Jo Ann Armstrong, nephew- Bob (Sherry) Armstrong, niece- Becky (Steve) Helms, great niece-Molly (Alex) Youngerman, and great nephew- Hayden Helms all of Lexington, TN. Pallbearers to serve will be: Bob Armstrong, Steve Helms, Hayden Helms, Alex Youngerman, Reid Threadgill, and Bryan Bunch.
