Norma Thornhill Johnson, age 87, of Columbia, Tennessee, died Tuesday, August 27th, 2024, at Life Care Center of Columbia.
She was born February 17th, 1937, in Maury County to the late Ed and Pauline Wright Thornhill. She retired from Faber Castell and Lawler’s BBQ and was a member of Chapel Hill Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Johnson, two sons, Mike and Pete Johnson, brother, Bobby Thornhill, grandson, Jeremy Johnson, and two nephews, Steve and Eddie Thornhill.
She is survived by two daughters, Pam (Jeff) Isley of Belfast, and Dana (Jackie) Collins of Lewisburg, eight grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild, one daughter in law, Edith Johnson of Lewisburg, sister-in-law, Annie Garrett of Lewisburg, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation with the family will be held at London Funeral Home, 324 West Church Street, Lewisburg, Tennessee, on Thursday, August 29th, 2024, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm and will continue on Friday, August 30th, 2024, until the funeral hour.
Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, August 30th, 2024, at 10:00 am from the Chapel of London Funeral Home, 324 West Church Street, Lewisburg, Tennessee, with burial to follow in Morton Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Chapel Hill Church of Christ Building Fund or the charity of your choice.
