Mrs. Norma Lozano passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at Summerford Nursing Home. She was born January 27, 1947, in Mexico, to Jorge Saade Soto and Badia Saade Soto. She was a homemaker for her family, always put others first and loved to make people happy. Preceding her in death were her parents and her husband.
