Norma Bostwick, age 75 of Campbell MO, passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2024, in MO. The family will have a private service. Norwood-Wyatt Chapel will be directing the service.
Norma is preceded in death by parents; Elzie Lee and Avis Elnora Hardy.
She is survived by her husband; Basil A. Bostwick II of Cole Strip MT, son; Basil A. Bostwick III (and wife Katrena A. Bostwick) of Campbell, MO, sister; Wilma Hobson of Florence, MS, and grandchildren; Basil A. Bostwick IV age 13, Tristan Davisson Lee Bostwick age 11, and Matilda Basilee Alece Bostwick age 7 of Campbell, MO.
Norma Bostwick was a cherished individual who was known for her kind, loving, caring and humorous personality. Norma was born on February 15, 1949 in Alabama, where she spent her childhood surrounded by family and friends. She graduated from Fayette County High School. After high school Norma went on to further her education by attending college. Norma followed her many dreams and interests. As the years went on Norma touched the lives of many people. After some time, she moved to Mississippi for a fresh start. Norma started a new career working in healthcare. She enjoyed her career helping others. Some years later, Norma met and married her husband as she then became the mother of Basil A. Bostwick III (Arland). She took great pride in being a mother. Norma poured her heart and soul into raising her son. Arland went on to graduate high school, became a Marine and married the love of his life. They soon gave Norma three beautiful grandchildren. She was the foundation to her family. Norma loved God and was an active member of her church, where she served and worshiped the lord as often as she could. Norma knew exactly what she wanted and she would not settle for less. She was a strong and very independent woman. She was loved by many and will be dearly missed by family and friends. GONE BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN!!!
